-Do you struggle with cravings, binging, starving yourself and then ride the guilt/shame roller coaster?

-Do you feel like your body has betrayed you?
-Does how you feel physically and emotionally keep you from doing what you want to do?

If you answered yes to any of the questions above, you are not alone, and it is not your fault! Regardless of where you want to create change in your life, my goal as your coach is to help you get from where you are today to where you want to be tomorrow. I will help you stop beating yourself up, stop focusing on the numbers, stop feeling like crap and, instead, help you give your body what it needs in order to return to health so you can feel better and live better.

When your gut is out of balance, everything else is too. There are so many factors that negatively influence gut health including: C-section birth, formula vs. breast-fed, history of antibiotics, chronic stress, processed foods…once you heal your gut, and learn how to properly nourish yourself through your “primary food” as well as “secondary food”, health becomes a vehicle to get you where you want to be.

As your coach. I will work with you to identify specific health concerns and teach you how to eat the way YOUR body wants to be fed for maximum health (“secondary food”); I will teach you techniques to reduce stress; I will help you build self-care into your life so that you nourish not just your body, but your soul as well; I will encourage and guide you to evaluate all the areas in your life (“primary food”), and decide where there is room for change, so you will be empowered to discover the endless possibilities that can be your best health and life.


I don’t have ALL the answers you’re looking for, but YOU do. My job is to help you uncover them. Here is what I DO know:

-Health begins in your gut. When you heal your gut, you are on your way to restoring your health, and when you feel better you have the energy and motivation to make other changes and live the life you want, the way you want.

-You are what you eat.

-Each person is unique; there is no ONE right way to eat for everyone.

-The only things we can control are our own thoughts, behaviors, choices, and attitude.

-Fear is often at the root of our choices; when we identify and challenge that fear, we can change our thoughts, and thereby our choices and behaviors, so we no longer sabotage ourselves from achieving our goals.

-YOU are the only one who can decide where you want to go, and how you want to get there….as a coach I help you identify your goals and help you stay motivated to reach them.

-CHANGE is inevitable but growth is optional. Sometimes we initiate change and sometimes it shows up uninvited. No matter how change found its way into your life, you get to decide what to do about it. You can resist it or you can learn and grow from it.
